Every scene in this series started as something a practitioner described, not a hypothetical, an actual moment. The executive who mistook a kanban board for a capability. The trophy shelf that only ever grows in one direction. The four departments each convinced they're holding the missing puzzle piece. We're not laughing at anyone here, we're laughing because we've all been in that room. Naming a challenge, and being able to grin about it, is the first honest step toward actually fixing it.
