The SXFramework Training and Certification programs are currently in development as the SXF Council works collaboratively with the StrategyXF Community to identify and validate different approaches for achieving each of the 10 Key Strategy Execution Principles.

 

This comprehensive program is designed to transform how organizations approach strategy execution by educating key roles and functions on how to integrate and optimize the 5 Critical Capabilities. The program's core objective extends beyond traditional training—it builds cross-functional understanding of how essential roles must collaborate to master strategy execution, creating organizational alignment that drives measurable results.

Participants will learn to evaluate and adapt proven approaches utilized by the StrategyXF Community to achieve each of the 10 Key Strategy Execution Principles, selecting solutions that have demonstrated success in similar contexts rather than blindly following one-size-fits-all prescriptions.
