COOKIE POLICY
This Cookie Policy explains how StrategyXF and our technology partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the StrategyXF website (www.strategyxf.com) and the StrategyXF Community (strategyxf.circle.so).
14. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your browser and store information about your preferences or actions. Similar technologies include web beacons (pixel tags), local storage, and session replay tools.
15. Types of Cookies We Use
15.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Services to function. They enable core features such as secure login, session management, and navigation. You cannot opt out of these cookies without disrupting your ability to use the Services.
-
Examples: authentication tokens, session identifiers, CSRF protection cookies.
15.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use the Services — which pages are visited most, how long users spend on pages, and whether errors occur. This data helps us improve the Services.
-
Examples: Google Analytics, Wix analytics, Circle analytics.
-
Data collected is generally aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
15.3 Functionality Cookies
These cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a more personalized experience.
-
Examples: language preferences, notification settings, display preferences.
15.4 Targeting and Advertising Cookies
These cookies track your browsing activity across websites to serve relevant advertising and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. They may be set by third-party advertising partners.
-
Examples: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel (if used for event promotion).
-
You can opt out of advertising cookies through your browser settings or through the platform’s cookie preferences tool.
15.5 Social Media Cookies
If we include social media sharing buttons or content on the Site, social media platforms may set their own cookies to track your activity across sites.
-
Examples: LinkedIn, Twitter/X social sharing widgets.
16. Session Replay and Heatmaps
We may use session replay tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools record mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior. They do not record passwords or payment information. Recordings are used solely for the purpose of improving user experience.
17. Third-Party Cookies
Our platform providers — Wix and Circle — may set their own cookies as part of delivering the Services. These are governed by their respective cookie and privacy policies:
-
Wix Cookie Policy: support.wix.com/en/article/cookies-and-your-wix-site
-
Circle Privacy Policy: circle.so/privacy
18. How to Manage Cookies?
You can control cookies through several mechanisms:
-
Browser settings: most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking all cookies may impair your ability to use the Services.
-
Cookie consent tool: when you first visit the Site, you may be presented with a cookie consent banner. You can adjust your preferences through that tool at any time.
-
Opt-out links: for analytics and advertising cookies, you can use industry opt-out tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
-
Do Not Track: although we do not respond to DNT signals, you may set this preference in your browser.
For EU, UK, and California users: you have the right to consent to or reject non-essential cookies. Please use the cookie preference tool when it is displayed. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies will not affect cookies that are strictly necessary for the Services to function.
