The SXF Council’s mission is to collaborate with the StrategyXF Community to identify and promote proven solutions for mastering Strategy Execution and driving business outcomes.
The Council, made up of practitioners eager to break from the status quo, includes experts from all functions—Executives, Strategic Planning, Strategy Execution Office, Finance, HR, IT, Business Architects, Enterprise Architects, Domain PMOs, Portfolio/Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, and Change Managers—essential for planning and executing an organization’s strategy.
These members, skilled in the five Critical Capabilities—strategic portfolio management, business architecture, enterprise architecture, project execution, and change management, are dedicated to optimizing and integrating these into a cohesive operating model.
