Our third monthly community meeting was another strong one — and the momentum continues to build.

Strategy eXecution Forum: Monthly Community Meeting

April 2026 Strategy eXecution Forum: Community Update Meeting

Our third monthly community meeting delivered our strongest month of growth yet — 34% month over month — and a substantive session on the 10 Key Principles framework and how we're going to build it out as a community. If you missed it or want to revisit anything, the recording, slide deck, and full meeting recap are all in the Resource Center.

Strategy eXecution Forum - March 2026 Community Update Meeting

Once again, I was blown away — not just by the turnout, but even more so by the level of engagement throughout. The quality of the conversation, the perspectives shared, and the willingness to challenge and build on each other's thinking is exactly what this community is all about.

We covered a lot of ground across 4 areas:

  1. Community snapshot — we've grown 34% month over month to 123 members across 18 countries, our strongest single-month growth since launch, with new members joining from India and Tunisia for the first time.

  2. Member spotlights — we highlighted two fantastic recent podcast episodes from Albert Palomar and Juan Jose Vilchis, both available in the Resource Center.

  3. Collaboration platform — 81% of members are now active on the hub, up from 72% last month. We walked through the platform live and covered the draft/publish workflow for the StrateX Playbook, and how to use the Events section.

  4. The 10 Key Principles — the heart of the session. We walked through all ten principles, the five-layer development framework, and launched the call to form principle development teams. The goal: divide and conquer, with multi-disciplinary teams working in parallel on each principle.

The collaborative, multidisciplinary conversation this community is having is the engine behind everything we're building — uniting all the functions that need to work together within a cohesive operating model to maximize and accelerate business value. We can only do that together.

If you couldn't make it or want to revisit anything we covered, everything is in the Resource Center. 👇

The Strategy eXecution Forum

The Strategy eXecution Forum (StrategyXF) is an invite-only, no-fee professional community built by and for the practitioners who know firsthand how hard it is to close the persistent gap between strategy and results. We believe it takes a village to master strategy execution — which is why StrategyXF brings together senior leaders from across the enterprise: C-suite executives, Strategy & Operations leaders, Transformation Offices, Finance, HR, IT, PMO, Enterprise Risk, Change Management, Portfolio Management, Business Architecture, and more.

Together, members collaborate on real-world challenges, share battle-tested approaches, and shape the future of how organizations execute with discipline and impact. This isn't a passive network — it's a practitioner-led community where your experience adds real value, and where every discussion is designed to deliver practical ideas you can apply right away. If you're serious about elevating strategy execution as a mission-critical discipline, we invite you to apply to become a member and help us build something the profession has long needed.
