Our second monthly community meeting built real momentum — strong attendance, even stronger engagement, and a conversation that picked up right where we left off. We covered community growth, our collaboration platform, the vision and mission, and took our first steps into the 10 Key Principles that will guide the StrateX Playbook. Strategy eXecution Forum - March 2026 Community Update Meeting
Once again, I was blown away — not just by the turnout, but even more so by the level of engagement throughout. The quality of the conversation, the perspectives shared, and the willingness to challenge and build on each other's thinking is exactly what this community is all about.
We covered a lot of ground across four areas:
Community snapshot — we've grown ~50% in four weeks and are building genuine geographic and multidisciplinary breadth.
Collaboration platform — why engaging on the hub isn't optional, how to get the most out of it, and the Community Exchanges concept to make contributing easy.
Vision, mission & defining strategy execution — a great discussion on language, emotional resonance, and what it really means to elevate strategy execution as a C-Suite imperative.
The 10 Key Principles — what a principle is, how we'll work through them as a community, and where we start.
This kind of collaborative, multidisciplinary conversation is the engine that will drive everything we're building here — uniting all the functions that need to work together within a cohesive operating model to maximize and accelerate business value. We can only do that if we do it together.
